Please fax or e-mail your orders to us whenever possible. You can place your orders using our availability list or use your own form.
Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order for pick-up at the nursery. We only sell in full flat quantities. Minimum orders for delivery is $500.00 of product.
Delivery
We can deliver your orders with our delivery truck. There is a fee if the order is less than the minimum or it is outside the Puget Sound area. Ferry charges apply for delivery to the San Juan Islands. We schedule deliveries based on our ability to consolidate orders within a reasonable geographic proximity. During peak season, our schedule is as follows:
Tuesday: Seattle, north to Blaine and Whidbey Island
Wednesday: Seattle, south to Olympia
Thursday: The Olympic Peninsula
Friday: South to Portland and surrounding areas
We also ship to other areas throughout the continental United States via Federal Express on a weekly basis
Claims
We request that you inspect all plants on delivery. We only want you to accept delivery if you are 100% satisfied with the quality of the plants.
Payment Terms
All accounts are C.O.D. unless credit has been pre-approved. Open accounts are payable within the terms stated on each invoice. A finance charge of 2.0% per month is added to all accounts not paid with the terms. Those with a balance over 90 days will become C.O.D. only. Returned checks are subject to a $40.00 fee. We are now able to accept Mastercard and Visa.
Tags
Every container comes with a color plant tag. If color tags are not available, we will include a 5" x 3/4" informational tag.
